Solin, Trogir
Group gathering and departure by bus. Drive to the mills on the river Žrnovnica. Continuing the journey to Solin, where we visit Gašpina mill, one of the few preserved mills on the river Jadro. Departure to Trogir and visit to Pantan mills, fortification mills, Renaissance mills, a significant example of industrial architecture. Tour of the city center, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner. Evening socializing. Overnight stay.
Imotski, Omiš
Breakfast. Visiting the source of the Vrljika river, one of the cleanest rivers in Croatia, and the mills in the upper course of the river. This is followed by a tour of the Blue and Red Lakes near Imotski and a tour of the town, the Franciscan Monastery and the monument to Tin Ujević. Departure to Omiš. Tour of the picturesque town and cruising on the river Cetina from near its mouth to the famous excursion site of Radmans mills. Departure to the hotel. Evening gathering. Dinner. Overnight stay.
Vrlika, Grab
Drive to the town of Vrlika and on to the Lelas mill, which, as a rarely preserved monument of traditional architecture, is registered in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia. Driving to the small but bountiful river Grab and the Grapa mills, the oldest of which is 600 years old and is the oldest mill in operation in Croatia. Continue driving to the hotel. Split, Salona
Breakfast. Group gathering and departure by bus in the morning. Drive to Split. Sightseeing of the largest Dalmatian city: Diocletian's Palace, Peristyle, Vestibule, Riva, the monument to Grgur Ninski and Marko Marulić... This is followed by a visit to nearby Solin, a tour of the ancient Salona, and a lecture on the Roman conquest of Dalmatia, where the strongest resistance was offered by the Illyrian tribe of Dalmatians. Free time for refreshments. Return to the starting point. End of service.
